With a shovel, clam tube, and a bit of patience, you can experience the thrill of harvesting fresh razor clams straight from the sand—especially magical at sunset with the ocean stretching endlessly ahead. Be sure to check current seasons, tides, and regulations before heading out.
NATURE & WILDLIFE
Nature is part of the experience here. We regularly spot coyotes, deer, frogs, weasels, eagles, rabbits, owls—and on rare occasions, even a bear or a passing wolf. In spring, the baby deer are always our favorite visitors, often seen resting quietly nearby.
