This unit is on a septic system - PLEASE do not flush anything besides toilet paper--no flushable wipes, feminine hygiene products, etc.
We offer Method Brand products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Forget something? Each bathroom as spare toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, mouth wash, and makeup wipes etc are available for convenience.
The blinds in the living room operate via remote control. These two remotes are located on the backside of the "Pillar" at the bottom of the stairs.

Our heat is via heat pump - you can enjoy heat & air conditioning. There is one thermostat located outside the bathroom on the lower level to which controls the entire home.

We have a generator which cycles Sunday afternoon around 4pm - it lasts roughly 10 minutes. In the event that you lose power, the generator will automatically kick on. Only a few items are powered by the generator, in order to maximize the generators potential - please unplug and/or turn off any unnecessary lights and items that are not absolutely needed. We have flashlights plugged in throughout the home.

Pack your slippers/house shoes. We do our best to keep the dirty sandy shoes, flip-flops and boots in the garage. Additionally we ask that you remove shoes prior to walking on the carpet upstairs. We love to cozy up to the dogs on the ground while watching tv - please help us keep the upstairs as clean as possible.

At noon on the first Monday of each month there is a test run of the Tsunami alarm. It's loud and can be a little startling, we will try our best to remind you of this event as it can be a little disconsourning.

Dining and Amenities:
While you are here we absolutely encourage you to support our local businesses.

Our personal favorite is The Wild Goose located in the Tokeland Hotel - It's best to make reservations and give yourself 20+ minutes to get down there, it's a gorgeous drive!

We also enjoy The Local - which is within walking distance. Great burgers, pull tabs and strong drinks.

Blackbeard Pizza is always a hit! Located up by the Grocery store in Westport. The Full Tsunami is our go-to pizza.

Grayland Outfitters offers a huge selection of wines, beers, cheeses and fun souvenirs. Erin is the owner and she is always happy to help you pick out the perfect bottle of whatever it is you are looking for.

Start the dishwasher (pods located under the kitchen sink). Don't forget to log-out of any TV apps. Thanks in advance!
Electric Car Charging:
We have a Tesla charger in the garage and an ___ adapter. There is a Tesla Super Charger in Westport.

Natural Surroundings:
Please remember that we are located in a heavy nature area. Be aware of your surroundings and watch for bears, coyotes and other wildlife. Also, be mindful of leaving doors open as it is an inviting place for many visitors, including pesky insects during the warmer months!
Pets:
We welcome our furry friends. Dog bowls are located in the bar cabinet. Please put the bowls in the dishwasher upon leaving. Extra poop-bags are located in the bar cabinet. Please clean up after your pets, keep them on leash, and do not leave unattended in the unit. Sorry - we are not cat friendly at this time.
